Iron, and why it leads
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. DM-02 carries a full 14 mg of it as iron bisglycinate — the chelated form, chosen because it's gentle.
Skin, hair, nails
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
The rest of the day
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Folate contributes to normal blood formation.

How to take it
