30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, longer than the 14-day minimum required by EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Exceptions — Health and Hygiene Products

Because our products are supplements intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns of jars once the seal has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unopened, unused jars in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us at {{ shop.email }} with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item qualifies and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days, in line with EU consumer protection law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at {{ shop.email }} within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
